Ingredients

  • 1 8" brown rice wrap
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 3 oz cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 cup green cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mango, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon wedge

Method

Step 1

Prep the vegetables and cilantro, cutting as directed.

Step 2

Smear the cream cheese in an even layer on the wrap.

Step 3

Layer the shrimp, cabbage, bell pepper and mango in the center of the wrap. Sprinkle with cilantro and a squeeze of the lemon wedge.
